The Chopping Block is a family run company now in its 11 year of trading and managed by brothers Gwil & Ben Jones. The business offices and kitchens are based in a modern building on the old family farm at Flecknoe in Warwickshire. From here they butcher all their own meats and prepare all the food and meals for the venues, private functions and events they cater at, as well as having a dining room for private tastings. This gives clients an opportunity to get a real feel and understanding of what’s on offer, as well as work with the team to add your own personal touch to an event.
Although they are rurally based, The Chopping Blocks central location in the Midlands means that they not only cater for nearly 200 functions and weddings a year in the area, but also have excellent links to provide corporate hospitality and event catering throughout the UK, supporting your company at events wherever that may be.
The ethos behind the company is to provide excellent service, and remembering that you are only as good as your last job. That’s why The Chopping Block team keep their dishes simple and only use fantastic, seasonal produce from trusted farmers and suppliers. This lets the ingredients do the talking and allows them to concentrate of looking after you and your guests.

Where possible we source all our products direct from UK farmers and producers, or from national suppliers with RSPCA Freedom Food or Red Tractor Certification products.
