Starting in 1976, Jon Thorner’s was one of the region’s very first farm shops and specialised in providing locally reared meat.
In this time the business has grown from a single farm shop, to a franchise of butchery counters, a large range of hand made foods, supplying local produce wholesale and running a cafe.
But one thing which has remained consistent throughout the years is the quality of our products and where we source them from. We have always focused on supporting local suppliers; Jon has developed an excellent reputation and is respected for his attitude towards local sourcing.
