  1. Season the flour with the salt and Cajun pepper. Toss the meat in the flour, dip in beaten egg and cover in breadcrumbs
  2. Put enough oil in a pan to allow the meat to float. Heat until the oil is smoking (about 170 degrees C) Place the meat in the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, flip and fry for another 5 mins
  3. Serve with French Fries and Coleslaw
