Accompanied by a tangy pickled plum chutney and toasted brioche

Rainbow Crepe

Homemade herb crepe filled with local Trout in a rich white and garlic cream sauce topped with a crisp Parmesan and lemon wedge

Roast Partridge and confit leg

Served on a pave of wild garlic and potato dauphinois, roast beetroot puree, caramelised pear and drizzled with pan jus.


A light individual vanilla sponge, topped with local fruits and served with a lemon creme anglais
