We have such a fantastic choice of farmed and wild game in this country. Our game course will be both feathered and furred game, I will show you how to dress and prepare them for you to create some inventive as well as very traditional dishes.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.
Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavours.
