Game Cookery Course

On our one day game cookery course you’ll learn how to identify, prepare, portion, cook and serve British game.

Game meat is wild and natural, part of our countryside harvest. It is part of our heritage but is also a vibrant and a modern addition to today’s lifestyles and food choices.

Whether you are wild about game shooting or would just like to expand your culinary repertoire by learning how to cook some delicious, tried and tested game recipes, our one day game cookery course is ideal.

Jim Fisher offers inspiration along with some cheffy tips and tricks and knowledge on how to deal with different types of game, from rabbit to game birds such as pheasant or pigeon.

You can buy game from a number of different sources, including your local butcher. Click here to find your nearest game dealer.
