This hands-on practical course will teach you how to gralloch and butcher a deer
carcass, prepare meat for sale and add value through sausage making etc.
It will also cover the legal guidelines for selling meat.
You will take home hand made sausages and stewing steak and have the
opportunity to purchase more venison at the end of the day.
