Course times: 10am – 4pm, 08/11/2014
This course celebrates the start of the game season, the course will combine butchery skills, demonstrations and some fantastic seasonal dishes.
We will be cooking both classic and modern game dishes including the ultimate game pie, venison scotch eggs and tandoori pigeon salad.
A great day with lots of new skills, flavour combinations and cooking techniques.
