Great Demonstrations on the Taste of Game Kitchen on Saturday 5th August we have celebrity Chef Bryn Williams joining us at 11 am and 2 pm cooking Venison, Swede and Blackberries and Braised Sweet Corn and Wood Pigeon
Hailing from Denbigh in North Wales, Bryn Williams learnt to appreciate food and its origins from an early age.
He has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London. He has worked under Marco Pierre White at The Criterion, Michel Roux at Le Gavroche for three years, he was senior-sous at The Orrery for four years.
Bryn is now the Chef Patron of Odette’s, taking over the property in October 2008. Bryn has also recently opened Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias, a beach-front Restaurant, Café & Bar on the North Wales Coast.
Odettes features in MICHELIN Guide 2017 ‘A long-standing local favourite. Warm and inviting interior, with chatty yet organised service. Robust and quite elaborate cooking, with owner passionate about his Welsh roots. Good value lunch menu’.
Also cooking up at storm is the Taste of Game Chef Richard Hunt and Jose Souto from Kingsway Westminster College who is also the author of Venison The Game Larder.
