We are delighted to work with British Charcuterie Live supporting an exciting new category for their British Charcuterie Live Awards 2019.

The Best British Game Charcuterie Product will be judged in The Game Fair Kitchen Theatre at this year’s Game Fair at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire. Judging will take place at 11.30 on Saturday 27th July.

The Best British Game Product will be judged by the following experts:

John Gower – Head Judge, British Charcuterie Live 2019 Awards,
Steven Lamb  – River Cottage
David Lidgate –  Revered butcher of Lidgate’s

Hosting the event will be:

Nigel Barden – Presenter and Broadcaster
Henrietta Green – British Charcuterie Live Awards founder

Joining them on the Chef’s Table are:

Annette Woolcock – Head of Taste of Game
Peter Glenser – Chairman BASC
Ian Bell – Chief Executive BASC
Julie Croker – Angel Refrigeration
Nic Weschenfelder – Weschenfelder Direct

The Award will be followed at 12.30 by a demonstration from Steven Lamb on “The Art of Great Charcuterie”. Signed copies of his best selling book will also be available.

Henrietta Green will be in the Kitchen Tent all day Saturday to answer questions and offer advice on all aspects of Charcuterie and British Food. She has a wealth of experience and is the founder and driving force behind British Charcuterie Live.

We have a packed 3 day schedule of fantastic chefs and passionate producers over the course of the weekend demonstrating the best in British Game.
